A continuous belay system is the gold standard for ropes course safety, designed to keep participants securely attached to the lifeline from start to finish. Unlike other systems, it makes accidental or intentional disconnection impossible without a special tool, giving both your guests and your staff ultimate peace of mind. A user can never totally disconnect from a lifeline unless at points along a course where it is safe to do so, which is the guiding safety principle of both a continuous belay and a smart belay. (In most situations, park workers can use a special gadget to bypass any locking system in the event of a rescue or weather emergency.)

Disconnecting on intentionally or accidently is impossible without a unique tool carried by our guides from the moment you hook on to the course at the very beginning until you are back on the ground. This keeps our participants as secure as possible while above the ground and also connects our course smoothly, improving the natural tour experience by reducing bottlenecks and preventing people from becoming tangled in each other’s safety hooks.
